DELIVERY POLICY

We welcome local pick ups. However, should the items be damaged during the pick up, Life's Rosey will not be liable for any damages and a damage fee of 20% of item cost or $500, whichever is greater, will be charged. ​

Items must be delivered back at the recommended date and time when discussed. Any late returns will incur a 10% late fee cost.

Life's Rosey will not be liable for any damages that occur during the rental time period. All clients are to be fully responsible for the condition of the item. Any damages that occur will incur a damage fee.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Any bookings that are not honoured and paid for within 48 hours will automatically get cancelled and be available for other customers.

Due to the nature of this service, we do not accept returns.

Any damages occurred during the rental period will incur a damage fee.

We do not allow exchanges once the item has been chosen and been paid for.
